#1 Multi-use Product: Intense Hydration Cactus Concentrate

by Jenna Milazzo and Ashley Boyd

"What do you recommend for under the eyes?"

We get this question pretty much non-stop. What if you could kill two birds with one stone? Thats why we want to highlight our Cactus Concentrate. The Concentrate is a pressed serum, which means it's a serum and moisturizer in one. So, what does that mean for you? I decided to interview our Esthetician Ashley to share some of her expertise knowledge on eye cream and one of our most beloved products- the Intense Hydration Cactus Concentrate!

Why is the Intense Hydration Cactus Concentrate also used as an eye cream?

I’m going to crack the biggest skincare myth of all time for you! There is no scientific evidence that ingredients like caffeine, peptides, or collagen can actually reverse the aging process. This is a common “marketing tool” or trendy ingredient skincare brands add to an eye cream formulation to enhance sales. At Bambu Earth, we recommend Cactus Concentrate Moisturizer as a multitasker that can be used around the eye area. This lightweight, fast-absorbing formula is great to use around the optical bone to soothe and hydrate even the most delicate of skin.

What are the benefits of using Cactus Concentrate?

If you have dark under-eye circles or are concerned about aging, this Concentrate targets almost all eye care concerns. We love to keep Cactus Concentrate in the refrigerator for a cooling and depuffing application around the eye! What makes this a fan favorite is the fast-absorbing ingredients that penetrate the skin quickly and bring 12 all-natural firming and anti-inflammatory properties directly to your skin.

How can it be used as an eye cream/best way to apply?

Here are two great ways to use Cactus Concentrate as an eye cream!

  1. Feather and massage any remaining moisturizer from your face to your eye area. Gently feather and massage around the optical bone is a circular motion for a gentle and blood stimulating massage around the eyes.

  2. Take your ring fingers and disperse the smallest dab of Cactus Concentrate and gently pat around the eye in a circular motion to gently press in a patting motion. Also known as effleurage massage!
