salicylic acid in oats can calm aggravated skin conditions and will
relieve itching from dermatitis.
Directions: Place 1/2 cup of oats into a washcloth or cheesecloth and tie with a rubber band. Fill bathroom skin with hot water and soak the washcloth for 5 minutes. Squeeze cloth several times to release oat milk and apply to your face as a compress. As water cools, splash oat water onto your face for soft, silky skin.
