Q: As a member, will I still be able to redeem my membership credits and get the 35% off?

A: Yes, the 35% off will be applied to any product you put in your cart. When you go through checkout, just generate a redeem code and apply like you normally would.

Q: Can I sign up for the membership during the sale and get the 35% off?

A: Yes, it's free to sign up for the membership today and with the membership in your cart, you'll receive the 35% off. There's no charge today, the first recurring monthly charge of $40 will be charged in one month, for every monthly charge you'll receive $40 of membership credits back to use on future orders.

Q: Can I apply any of these codes to an existing subscription?

A: Unfortunately, due to a technical limitation, we cannot support that. However, if you have a subscription order that recurs within 2 weeks of the sale, please reach out to our customer service team at support@bambuearth.com and we’ll help you apply the discount to your subscription order in the form of a refund as one-time savings consistent with our Black Friday deals.

Q: What if I accidentally forget to add the discount code on my order?

A: If your order is placed while the promotion was running, please email our Customer Service and Experience team at support@bambuearth.com. We will be sure to honor the promotion!

Q: Oh no! I ordered the wrong product. Can I swap it?

A: Due to the volume of orders and quick fulfillment time we are currently experiencing and expect to continue providing, it’s unlikely that we will be able to honor product swaps once an order has been placed.
