We recommend daily usage. Try the Rosewater Cleanser to quickly cleanse the face, throat, décolletage, underarms, bikini area (avoid genitals), and between the breasts after working out.

Once you can wash thoroughly, use a gentle body bar like our Lavender Oat Body Bar, or consider our Tea Tree Facial Bar for a deeper cleanse especially if your body is acne-prone. Don't skip moisturizer or body oil; your skin can become dehydrated after working out. The body can take time (up to several hours) to return to "normal" pre-exercise levels internally.

It is important to mention here that not all rosewater is created equal. In fact, it can be very difficult to find rosewater that is authentic and properly distilled. Many makers and suppliers of rosewater infuse water with essential oils to save on cost. 

Authentic rosewater (rose hydrosol or rose distillate) is steam distilled. For this reason, we only use rose hydrosol from trusted suppliers. Our supplier uses high quality copper stills. These stills help preserve the hydrosol because copper has natural antibacterial properties. Typically during the distillation process, suppliers will separate the essential oil so they can sell it.

Three application steps couldn’t be any easier. 1) After removing makeup: shake well and soak a facial pad. 2) Apply to your entire face and decolletage. 3) Rinse with lukewarm water.
