The product is fine, the bottles and their fill levels are not. The responses from your AI chatbot customer service rep are frustrating, and I think this needs to be looked into.

I love the Rosemary Toner. It leaves my face feeling refreshed. I'm 51 and need skincare that is gentle to my skin and I've found that in my Bambu Earth kit.

Helps even out my skin tone! I really struggled with the scent of vinegar at first. I now apply & let it dry … then I wipe it free from around my nose & upper lip! Viola now I don’t get a vinegar whiff any longer. I really love this product line. Hope you like it too !! 🩵 I am 62 yrs old with some sun damage, fair skin color & sensitive skin type.

I use this product every other night, and I like it. It doesn't smell great but that doesn't bother me. Also I've noticed if my face is dry it burns a bit but it goes away. I'm not enthusiastic but I'd definitely buy again, also the little bottles and lables are adorable!

In the past, I loved this toner (the trial sizes,) But I need to return the recent full size bottle I ordered. I understand how natural ingredients can change the color of a product, but this was just too murky for me. I dont feel comfortable using it. I do wish there was a seal atop the bottle as well

I like using this toner. If you miss rinsing off your cleanser this toner will make sure it’s off. Plus it gets the dirt and dead skin cells off the face from cleansing

Does the trick!!! Love the refreshed feeling the leaves. Also, love the size. I have a clear lazy Susan on my bathroom counter to hold my everyday use items. The minis are perfect for this. I buy one mini and also regular sizes to refill the mini. Works great!!!

I absolutely love the scent. If you use a cotton puff and dab around the eye it will rid the puffy eyes in the morning. It's nice and refreshing for the face

This is my favorite product from bamboo Earth after I wash my face. I use the toner and then my Bambu serum.
