I feel a physical texture difference in my skin after one wash. Not sure if the syruns really do anything hut we’ll see

I started ordering from Bambu about 2 years ago, and I was floored to find a company that had only real ingredients and were proud of it, and put the word of God (Bible verses) on their packaging with pride. Unfortunately, they have completely, utterly sold out to hit a bigger market. There is shame in the ingredients, you have to follow a QR off of the label to find them because they've now got glycerins in all of their products so that they come out of a pump bottle easier. Even their cleansing oil has glycerin. My face feels tacky and looks matte, I don't have the balmy, dewy, natural glow it used to with their products. I bought from this brand so I didn't have to continue making my own skincare, it was so close to what I was making myself, no longer the case. Lastly, certainly not least, there's a move toward mindfulness and no word of God to be found anywhere. Now ashamed of the gospel of Jesus for a market share. Super disappointed, will not be buying again.

At this moment, I find the whole thing very confusing. I just started this moring using the product, and I spend more time trying to piece videos and emails because it is not clear when to use items. Like serums, do I use both blue algae and glowing serum at same time. It doesn't say. I don't even know how the product is working yet. I think cleansing routine needs to be much clearer. I am ready to send all back without giving it the chance it deserves.

I really love the products, I have a little concern with the eye cream maybe. After two weeks of use I started noticing red bumps around the under eye almost like pimples and very irritated.

In a week, I have already noticed a difference in my skin and my complexion. I loved the individual care and attention that Bambu Earth offers. I had an esthetician reach out and ask if I had questions. I did, and she answered them, then, gave me a full breakdown of the best way to optimize my routine kit. I am full of gratitude and so thankful I finally purchased!

I feel for the price the product is not worth it i have sensitive skin and my skin felt oily and had breakouts from two uses.
